YOGA

Yoga is an ancient practise that has been implemented as a great tool to help people with revitalization, destressing and keeping a healthy body with a sharp, crisp and clear mind in our modern, often stressful and confusing environment.

Yoga practice at our center involves peaceful, flowing postures to help people unwind and at the same time keep body in shape, the mind focused on well being and the spirit embracing the best qualities of a human being - Love, Compassion, Integrity, Sincerety, Openness, and benefiting others.

Practice involves also cultivation of a proper posture, breathing exercizes, and therapeutic guidance of our experienced instructors of how to mantain your own practice of well being.
