Therapeutic movement :
Our exercizes are based on over 25 years of continous research by modern sports medicine specialists into the ancient Chinese martial arts rehabilitative movements developed by the Shaolin monks for over 2 thousands years.
- The exercizes are all very simple not hard to do floor exercizes which are done in a way that puts no compressive load on the spinal column.
- The exercizes are utilizing up to 90% of all the bodily muscle structure in each movement.
- The basic principle behind these methods is eliminating static deformations of joints, therefore greatly improving range of motion and returning the body to a childlike flexibility and a constant rejuvenating state of being.
- While performing elliptical and symmetrical movements which have been shown to improve the nervous system function there is also an increased blood and oxygen flow throughout the body that increases bodily functionality and removes stagnant triggering points.
- The exercizes are targeting structural muscles of the body which are responsible for proper posture and healthy bodily alignment thus restoring the body into a more peaceful, healthy and resilient state.
